Michele Cuthbert, founder and creative director of Baker Creative since 2003, leads an award-winning marketing and brand management firm. Honored with Chief Marketer’s Market Like A Mother Award and twice named to Ohio Business Magazine’s Ohio 500 list, she also runs The Office Mommy blog. A former adjunct professor at Columbus State, Capital University, and CCAD, Cuthbert was recognized by Columbus Business First’s 40 Under 40 and Columbus CEO. Her clients include OhioHealth, McDonald’s, BGSU, and more. Featured in national media like Crain’s and Fast Company, she hosts the award-winning BusHuddle podcast. Her firm earned the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics and Best Workplaces in Ohio honors. She attended Dartmouth’s Tuck Capstone Program through an IBM scholarship and contributes regularly to Smart Business Columbus.
